This page provides step-by-step instructions for setting up a new iPad or setting restrictions on an already-set-up iPad. Your student’s device is to be set up correctly at home and ready when they come to school.

• School Apps  installed

• iOS 14.4 or later installed

• Passcode set for the device (student & parent)

• Separate passcode for restriction settings (parent ONLY)

• Bluetooth on

• Location services on (Find My iPad)

• All media restrictions set to CLEAN or PG (adult websites and explicit language prohibited)

• App restrictions set to 9+

• Airdrop enabled

• Notifications & Sound disabled
